Description
Cintas is currently looking for an Internal Service Manager to focus on renewing customer contracts, reviewing pricing, maintaining high service levels, reducing lost business, and supporting the addition of products and services to existing customers. The Internal Service Manager will also be involved in hiring, training, and developing Service Department personnel.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the DOT for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:
* Have an active driver's license
* Be at least 21 years of age
* Obtain a DOT medical certification
* Provide documentation regarding their previous employment.
* A high school diploma or GED; A four year college degree or equivalent work experience, preferred
* Prior management experience, preferred
* Prior experience in industrial sales or customer service, preferred
