I am looking for someone to take over our lease starting in June!
Deposit of 300 is ALREADY PAID, so as long as you clean the apt when you move out...that is a FREE 300 in your pocket!!!

Apt Complex: Woodview Apts behind HEB
Unit: Upstairs, 2 bedroom, 1 bath.
Pets: Yes, extra deposit would be required..but I dont have a pet...so I'm not sure what the rate would be.
Sq footage: Around 890.
W/D connections: YES!
Rent: 815 a month, plus water (water this month was 14.00)
Remaining months on lease: 4 months, but you can continue it, should you choose.
MUST HAVE AT LEAST A 620 CREDIT SCORE!
We had already had someone interested....and then they just backed out at the last minute..and we already have our new house...so it will be available to move in JUNE 1st!
I will also hire a carpet cleaner to get in here and give you a nice clean carpet, and I will get the apt spick and span!!!!
