Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to) Managing the day-to-day operation of the property, including the supervision of office and maintenance functions in compliance with all company policies and procedures and all applicable Federal, State and local laws and housing programs. Supervise all accounts payable/receivables, marketing, leasing and administrative functions and day to day maintenance operations Hiring, training and evaluating office/maintenance staff; Resident/owner relations Financial analysis and reporting Managing and improving income, expense and cash; Improving the value of the property and resident experience.
