Job Description:
Property condition inspector needed for the Odessa, TX area on HUD owned foreclosed homes. Must have knowledge / experience using a generator to power and HVAC and electrical system should the power not be active and how to use an air compressor to pressure test the plumbing system. This is a sub contractor position so the following things / equipment will be required.
