Market Sales Manager-xxxxxxxxDescriptionCintas is currently looking for a Market Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Reps who are focused on new business to business account development in our Uniform Rental and Facility Services Rental divisions. Selected individual will focus on increasing a location's overall sales of industrial uniforms, floor mats, and restroom ancillary supply services to new business customers in a designated service area. Duties include hiring, training, motivating and managing Sales Reps to achieve specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. The Market Sales Manager will also drive to customers in order to conduct Goodwill visits.
